Meet the chef: Jason McClure

Since 1997, Jason McClure has shaped Sazerac into one of the go-to restaurants in downtown Seattle through inventive ingredients, expertly plated presentation, and abundant options. Simple, fresh food is his calling card, which is the perfect fit in the Pacific Northwest. Drop in to meet the chef and try his acclaimed Crispy Truffles appetizer, a blend of Yukon potatoes, truffle cheese, and truffle aioli, or nosh on one of his pastas, fish dishes, or brick-oven pizzas. When he’s not completely revolutionizing something in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, building vintage bicycles (an oh-so-Seattle hobby), and seeking out sushi.
