Helmed by Sazerac Executive Chef Jason McClure — who’s available for catering both on- and off-site — the team will prepare whatever type of catering menu you need, from mix-and-match snacks to a dinner buffet starring tri-tip steak and handmade ricotta gnocchi to superfood-enhanced cocktails.
