- What is check in/check out time?
- Check in time is 3:00pm local hotel time. Check-out time is 12:00pm local hotel time.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- Smoking is not allowed in our guest rooms. As of November 1, 2009 the hotel became a non-smoking hotel.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- High speed and wireless internet is complimentary in our guest rooms, meeting rooms and throughout the public spaces in the hotel. Wireless internet is available complimentary for Kimpton InTouch members. Wireless internet is also available for $11.99 per 24 hours for non Kimpton InTouch members.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Only wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes. The hotel fitness center includes bicycle machines, stair-climbers, free-weights and treadmills. The fitness center is available 24 hours per day, and is complimentary. We also have a relationship with a nearby fitness center offering fitness training, tanning, and other services (for a fee).
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Yes, 24 hours.
- Do you have a business center?
- Yes. The business center is available 24 hours per day and features both a PC and an iMac computer, printing & business services.
- Do you have a pool?
- No, unfortunately the hotel does not have a pool. Our concierge can make recommendations for local aquatic centers/options upon your arrival.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- The hotel has partnered with an environmentally friendly in-room spa service. More information is available on our In Room Spa page.
- How do I get to the hotel?
- Taxi, town car, or public transportation options are all available from the airport to the hotel. For taxi or town car services, exit baggage claim on the upper level skybridge to 'Taxi Pick Up' area. For public transportation, exit on the lower level outside of baggage claim turning right to the end of the terminal for either the 174 or 194 transit service (194 is an express service). Seattle's new link light rail picks up at the airport terminal (Airport Station) and takes approximately 35-40 minutes. Service is available from approximately 5:00am until midnight daily and the fare is $2.50 for adults ($2.00 children age 6-18). Exit at the University Street stop in downtown Seattle (approximately 2 blocks from the hotel). Additional information and schedules are available here.
- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No, unfortunately the hotel does not have a shuttle service. Fare-based town car transportation can be arranged through our concierge by contacting concierge@monaco-seattle.com
- What are your cross streets?
- The hotel is located at 1101 Fourth Avenue, between Spring & Seneca Streets, on the left side. Fourth Avenue is a one-way street, northbound only.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- The hotel offers onsite valet parking only for an overnight fee of $39.00 USD + tax. Parking is not included in the hotel room rate. There is a clearance height restriction on vehicles that can be accommodated in our garage - up to a maximum height of 8.5', with a wheel base width of no greater than 110" wide.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Yes, our Monaco One King, Deluxe King, and Monte Carlo Suite will each accommodate a rollaway. There is a $15.00 per night charge for this service. Only the Monaco One King, Monaco Queen Queen, Monte Carlo Suite, and Deluxe King Room will accommodate a crib/playard. There is no charge for this service.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- Guests must be at least age 18 to register at the hotel.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- The hotel's standard cancellation policy is 24 hours. (Please note: some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties. Review your confirmation or itinerary for more details.) Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00pm local hotel time.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require a photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Children 17 and under stay free with an adult in existing bedding. Children age 18 and over will be charged an additional adult fee of $15.00 per night.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes. Some Monaco One King rooms connect with either Monaco Queen Queen or Monte Carlo Suites, and some Monaco Queen Queen rooms connect with other Monaco Queen Queen rooms. Monaco One Queen, and Deluxe King Rooms do not connect with any other rooms at the hotel.
- Do you have accessible rooms?

- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes. The hotel does charge an early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax for departing the hotel early.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- Sazerac Restaurant is open 7 days a week beginning for breakfast at 7:00am – 10:30am (Monday – Friday), and brunch 8:00am – 2:30pm (Saturday – Sunday). Lunch is available from 11:30am – 2:30pm 7 days per week. Dinner is available from 5:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday – Thursday), and from 5:00pm – 11:00pm (Friday – Saturday), and from 5:00pm – 9:00pm (Sunday). The Sazerac bar is available 7 days per week beginning at 2:30pm – closing.

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- At check-in, we require authorization on a credit or debit card for each night's room and tax plus $75 for incidentals per night. Once the credit or debit card is authorized at check-out, the hotel releases any remaining authorization, however if you are using a debit card, some banks will hold the authorization for up to seven business days. We will accept cash for payment at check-out, but we DO NOT accept cash deposits.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Yes, pets are accepted. There are no weight, height, or type restrictions. Guest must sign a release form upon check-in. If your pet will remain in the guest room while you are away, we ask that you provide us with a cell phone number so that we may contact you. You may also inquire with our concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you at concierge@monaco-seattle.com
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- The hotel does have allergen-free rooms; please note this request during the reservation process.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Yes, inquire with our concierge about dog sitting or walking services for hire at concierge@monaco-seattle.com
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- The Freeway Park located at the cross street of 6th Avenue & Seneca is the closest pet area.
