What is check in/check out time?
Answer
Check in time is 3:00pm local hotel time. Check-out time is 12:00pm local hotel time.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Answer
Smoking is not allowed in our guest rooms. As of November 1, 2009 the hotel is an all non-smoking hotel.

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Answer
Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, to Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer
Yes. The hotel fitness center includes bicycle machines, stair-climbers, free-weights and treadmills. The fitness center is available 24 hours per day, and is complimentary. We also have a relationship with a nearby fitness center offering fitness training, tanning, and other services (for a fee).

No, unfortunately the hotel does not have a pool. Our concierge can make recommendations for local aquatic centers/options upon your arrival.

Transportation/Directions

How do I get to the hotel?
Answer
Taxi, town car, or public transportation options are all available from the airport to the hotel. For taxi or town car services, exit baggage claim on the upper level skybridge to 'Taxi Pick Up' area. For public transportation, exit on the lower level outside of baggage claim turning right to the end of the terminal for either the 174 or 194 transit service (194 is an express service). Coming soon in 2009—light rail transit service will be available.

What are your cross streets?
Answer
The hotel is located at 1101 Fourth Avenue, between Spring & Seneca Streets, on the left side. Fourth Avenue is a one-way street, northbound only.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer
The hotel offers onsite valet parking only for an overnight fee of $39.00 USD + tax (Monday – Thursday) or $36.00 USD + tax (Friday – Sunday). Parking is not included in the hotel room rate.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
Yes, our Monaco One Queen, Monaco One King, Mediterranean King Room, and Monte Carlo Suite will each accommodate a rollaway. There is a $15.00 per night charge for this service. Only the Monaco One King, Monaco Queen Queen, Monte Carlo Suite, and Mediterranean King Room will accommodate a crib/playard. There is no charge for this service.
Question
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer
Guests must be at least age 18 to register at the hotel.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
The hotel's standard cancellation policy is 24 hours. (Please note: some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties. Review your confirmation or itinerary for more details.) Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00pm local hotel time.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require a photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.

What age do kids stay for free?
Answer
Children 17 and under stay free with an adult in existing bedding. Children age 18 and over will be charged an additional adult fee of $15.00 per night.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer
Yes. Some Monaco One King rooms connect with either Monaco Queen Queen or Monte Carlo Suites, and some Monaco Queen Queen rooms connect with other Monaco Queen Queen rooms. Monaco One Queen, and Mediterranean King Rooms do not connect with any other rooms at the hotel.

Do you have ADA rooms?
Answer
Yes, we have five ADA rooms. Some include modified tubs, while others have roll-in shower combinations. Please note requests on your reservation itinerary

Do you have an early departure fee?
Answer
Yes. The hotel does charge an early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax for departing the hotel early.

Restaurant

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Answer
Sazerac Restaurant is open 7 days a week beginning for breakfast at 7:00am – 10:30am (Monday – Friday), and brunch 8:00am – 2:30pm (Saturday – Sunday). Lunch is available from 11:30am – 2:30pm 7 days per week. Dinner is available from 5:00pm – 10:00pm (Monday – Thursday), and from 5:00pm – 11:00pm (Friday – Saturday), and from 5:00pm – 9:00pm (Sunday). The Sazerac bar is available 7 days per week beginning at 2:30pm – closing.

Answer
We require a credit card for guarantee of a registration; however, payment by cash or credit card upon departure for charges is accepted.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
Yes, pets are accepted. There are no weight, height, or type restrictions. Guest must sign a release form upon check-in. If your pet will remain in the guest room while you are away, we ask that you provide us with a cell phone number so that we may contact you. You may also inquire with our concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you at
