Sazerac Atmosphere
Filled with velvet drapes, eye-catching chandeliers, custom woodwork and cushy banquettes, our downtown Seattle restaurant is abuzz with high-energy décor combined with plush comfort. On any given night, expect to see Sazerac filled with locals who come to enjoy the sounds of rhythm and blues music, admire the sights of the goings-on in the elevated open kitchen, and revel in the tastes of Southern favorites and fresh Northwest seafood.
Sazerac Menu
Sazerac's menu was created by owner and chef, Jan Birnbaum, whose resume includes appearances on Julia Child's "Master Chefs," features on CNN and opening Catahoula Restaurant and Saloon in Calistoga, California. With his executive chef, Jason McClure, Birnbaum designed Sazerac's award-winning menu to embody New Orleans-inspired Southern fare combined with farm-fresh Northwest ingredients and fine California wines, enticing locals and visitors alike. Located adjacent to the Hotel Monaco, the 135-seat Sazerac serves breakfast and dinner every day along with lunch during the week and brunch on the weekends. Sazerac also whips up some amazing hand-crafted cocktails along with its library selection of single batch, single barrel bourbons at the 50-seat bar. Join us at Sazerac:
