Sazerac: A Downtown Seattle Restaurant with Serious Fun and Damn Good Food!

Sazerac, our Seattle American restaurant located right next door, is by far one of downtown Seattle's hippest dining spots. Named after the potent New Orleans cocktail, the food is always fresh and flavorful with dishes showing off deep, resonant flavors: roasted and wood-fired, earthy and sensual.

"This southern-style spot is destined to be a Seattle classic." -Seattle Times
